The highlight of the January RUBRIC meeting was the visit of two guests from Manchester: Kinesiologist and bioelectrography specialist Ekaterina Fedotova and her assistant Anna Evans. Ekaterina introduced RUBRIC to a book by Mira Moiseeva titled 'The road to beautiful', and discussed some strategies for coping with the uncertainty of life while possibly getting over some serious illnesses. More information and Ekaterina's contact details are on page 15. The evening continued with a dance show by Nina and David Edwards, and the traditional tea ceremony facilitated by Moris Green.
