Russian-British Cultural Centre in Birmingham, supported by the Women's Club and Birmingham Russian School, has started collecting books for the Russian library.
RUBRIC library has already received a massive collection of Russian books from the OISC Legal Centre (Director - Anton Koval).
The Russian library has been supported by the "Russkiy Mir" Foundation, the Federal agency "Russian co-operation" and also the Russian Embassy in London. Together with the "Russkiy Mir" Foundation RUBRIC has opened the first public Russian library in Birmingham located in Erdington at the address:
