Russian dolls, food, songs - just about anything that is associated with Russia, a scene that had never been witnessed by a small methodist church in Birmingham. Rubric Russian Club was celebrating its 10th anniversary. A unique balalaika concert by 'Kalina', an English balalaika band, the enchanting voice of Russian soprano Olga Verizhnikova and a giant cake with Russian and British flags are just some of the highlights of this great evening.
