Russian-British International Cultural Centre in Birmingham is taking over the Russian-British International Club and continues with the same name RUBRIC (Birmingham). It is formed on the year of the 10th Anniversary of the Birmingham Russian-British International Club RUBRIC.
Russian-British International Cultural Centre aims to co-ordinate the resources of the Russian-speaking and Eastern-European communities in different regions of England.
