Dear Members and Guests of Art Club Albion , 5 December
You are invited to take part in a group project called 'Tree of life'.
'Tree of Life' is symbolising different things: knowledge, growth, protection or life. This group project will help our members to acquire practical skills in art and crafts and also to express their ideas and insights.
The meeting will be on Sunday, 5 December, 2pm-5pm at 1 Piers Road.
Please take buses No 74 and 79 from Upper Bull Street to the Temple (a white temple with a large dome), which takes about 10-12 mins.
During our first meeting we shall discuss the differences and links between art and crafts, the use of colour and composition. Please bring any old textile or cloths (to give it a ‘second life’), threads, wool, needles, pins, scissors, buttons, beads or any other materials that can be used for collage. If you would like to use the club’s materials – please bring £3.
